"The installation was fine. The guys were pleasant. It was quick and they did a good job. Afterwards I found out they installed an auto thermostat that was more expensive. I chose to pay the extra and keep it."

"Dave and Tim got right to work. They explained what they were going to do, how they were going to install the gas line, and why they chose the route they chose. 
During the course of the installation, Dave discovered a possible sump pump issue. He took the time to walk me through the issue, discussed possible fixes for it, and identified a short term solution. "

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Al called us well ahead of our appointment and told us he might be a little late because of the snowstorm, which is much better than those other technicians or contractors who often call you hours after your scheduled time...only to tell you the obvious...that they are running late... Everything went extremely well, considering the snowstorm...and that I incorrectly told them that I only needed a shower head replaced (rather than the entire set-up). Once we realized my mistake, Al adjusted his schedule accordingly, and was able to install a new shower valve and head without any delay. He performed quality work, and the shower set-up works and looks great. Would definitely use this company again."
