Within a very short time he let me know what the problem was and the cost to repair it. I appreciated the care he took as he completed his work. The dryer is located in tight quarters. The only drawback was that when my husband got home he said the dryer exhaust vent was not completely connected to the wall exit vent. This is the only reason for an over all rating of a "B". I hate when appliances are not working properly. MMAB made the process of repairing the drying easy, quick and I would definitely call them again."
