"Awsome! Billy is great. He was surprised that a washer that is only about  5 years old would have a broken belt. He was wondering what I washed in it! I told him I do not wash blankets (cat hair) and rugs in the washer.
He had to order a belt. When it came in, he called, came over and installed it, tested the machine and that was that.

"Due to a storm and fallen tree my electricity was out all day and when it came back on the GFI receptacle was not working. I had pressed the red button to reset it several times with no luck. I called Joseph late Monday afternoon and he was able to fit me in the next afternoon. He was punctual and very friendly and professional. He pressed the the red button on the GFI and it reset just fine. I guess a women's touch wasn't working in this situation... He was so kind and said that he would not charge me for coming out. What a nice gesture on his part!!! I did tip him though. Needless to say I have saved him to my favorites!!"
