My main problem with Paramount Builders is that once they get in your home for an estimate, they don't want to leave until they have a contract with you. If you cancel, as I did, they respond by coming back to "give you a better deal". My advise would be. "Don't let them in your house". They have no plan for you to get other estimates, compare prices or anything else. I would never do business with Paramount Builders again. They push this "warranty" and justify there outrageous prices with their warranty. My ratings are based on my dealings with Paramount Builders and their reps. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

Additionally, they have removed broken window and installed new glass; as well, they have repaired kitchen faucet assembly. They are top of the line and my familyâ  s go-to general contractor. I wish I could update the "Type of service", because I began with requesting an estimate for gutter replacement, but, knowing that my roof would need replacement also in the near future, I ended up hiring Roofing & More to replace my roof, not just the gutters. Roofing and More is great, easy to work with, and honest. They created a detailed and easy-to-understand proposal for the work, and they kept me informed throughout the process and introduced me to the people managing my project. "Andrew arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions, and seemed quite knowledgeable.
He put on booties before entering the house, and there was no mess in the bathroom after the work was finished (replacing tank flapper). 
As part of the service, he inspected the water heater, explained that the balloon was filling with water, and that the water heater should be replaced soon. It is 14 years old. He said it could last another month, or several years, but it was not a good sign that the balloon was almost full of water. After a quick and cursory glance online, I'm thinking that his recommendation seems valid and trustworthy. I'll do more research, but so far so good.
I will see how well the repair works out (there was a small leak that caused water to refill periodically in the tank).  As long as I don't hear the tank refilling at odd times, this review will stand "as is." If I hear it refill, I'll adjust this review.
So far, overall I'm happy with the service received today.

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.
