"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour.

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "James Earl construction is a very busy firm , you might have to wait a while. We are still in the project hit a couple snags, but James worked them out to everybody’s benefit. The snags were no fault of the construction company. Work looks really good. I’ll send you before and after pictures when we get to the after. The crew is friendly and thoughtful and they clean up after themselves. I found their pricing to be reasonable."
