"We had our gas furnace/air handler replaced. The salesman did not pressure us at all to upgrade the AC condenser until it was needed. The office staff was receptive and helped us schedule a time that worked for us. ON install day the technician showed up on time and was VERY personable, polie, and professional. Our original wiring was not "wrong" but somewhat out of the ordinary. Our technican called supervisor out to give a second check and was here in minutes. This is an advantage of hiring a truly local company with local people doing the work. The job was done way faster than we expected and the work area was put back cleaner than found. One notable item is the technician both seemed genuinely happy and happy with the work they were doing and the company they work for. I would very highly recommend Paso heating and air to anyone who needs work. Thank you!!"

"This company is "way far above grade" The person ( Martin) who came to our home, came on short notice, I explained what I had done to try and elevate the problem. He listened then asked some questions that pertained to what I had said. This person was polite, answered every question that I asked and there were many. fixed the problem in a very very professional manner. they also give senior discounts. Price was very reasonable for the work done. If you have a problem with your heating, this is the company to call no question about it. If we had A/C problems they would be the only one I would call. If you could rate them above 5 stars, I would rate them a 10."

"I called for an Annual Maintenance Tune-up on my furnace.  Kenneth arrived on time, very polite and professional. I was impressed by his appearance and he seemed very knowledgable. However, I was expecting a little more for my money.  That was it! I could have done that myself! I had a coupon for $15.00 off, that I printed off of Angie's list. I was told on the phone that the cost for the Annual Maintenance tune-up service fee was $100.00.  I was anticipating that the total cost would be $85.00 after the coupon was applied.  After writing up my "recommendations", I was still charged $100.00. I asked him if he applied the coupon, he said yes. He said he has to spend extra on gas to come to Paso so my coupon paid for the extra charge for his gas!  I ended up going to Home Depot, spent $45, bought my own thermal wrap & tape and saved myself the $140.00 he was going to charge me! Maybe in an emergency I would use him, but would be skeptical."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
