"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC.
