"I bought my mountain home just over a month ago. I had it inspected first. It has a home warranty, which by the way is crap. ( Choice Home Warranty). Don?t use them. Anyway, needless to say the house I bought came up with some unexpected surprises. The light above the kitchen table didn?t work and in my bedroom only one outlet was working. I was skeptical about hiring an electrician. The cost is what I was really afraid of. I?ve already put in nearly 30k in the house. I had filed a claim with the warranty company wasted my money on the service fee. Never heard from CHW. So I was very Leary about getting scammed again. I read the reviews about PowerCore and they were all good. So I had them come out to give me an estimate. The two young men arrived on time & were extremely courteous and professional. They checked out what I needed gave me an estimate, which by the way was very reasonable. I hired PowerCore on the spot. The work performed was excellent. Great company!!!!!!"

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. "Alrick Bonner did a great job installing our fans for a reasonable price. Was polite and took time to explain things. Definittely knows his stuff.He was patient enough to wait while I went back to the store to exchange the downrod for the correct size. Tried his best to install the family room fan without cutting my ceiling but did the patch up himself so I did not have to worry about finding another person. Did a pretty good job of patching but was not 100%. I would still recommend Alrick to family and friends."

Arrived exactly on time.  Immediately surveyed requested repairs and started work within 5 minutes.  No delays running back to his truck, unpacking tools etc.  So very professional! 

Diagnosed problems with old wiring and offered options to proceed. Re-labeled incorrectly labeled breaker box and then quickly replaced 11 receptacles and three ground fault receptacles.  Even stopped to remove the end of a broken, rusted bulb in the dining room fixture.  Results exceeded my expectations because he was so fast and so efficient.

I feel so much safer in my home. 

Michael is by far the best home-repair professional I have ever worked with and I have built a house and remodeled a house, so I have lots of experience with all of the trades.  I will hire him for everything electrical for as long as he is in business.
