"Service Professor replaced my sewer line between the house and septic tank. They did it by pulling the new pipe thru the old pipe horizontally without digging up the yard or driveway. They left no debris and completed the job in about 6 hours. The cost was exactly on estimate and that happened to be about half the previous estimates I got from other service providers. "Our main bath room always did have a tub in it. And all of the walls were tiled and while the tub had the spout set up like there was a shower there was no shower. This year we decided it was time to stop running down stairs to take a shower (it gets cold in the basemen in the winter) anyway there was some of the pluming already in place for a shower and there may have been one. So we had Vander Hyde do the work and at this time it looks like they did a good job! It looks nice and seems to work. It cost more because we had the old two handle water   faucet replaced with a single one and there was some added title work done. Like I said it looks very nice. One issue that I will bring up is at first they only sent one person over and he did not seem to have a clue as to what had to be done. And in fact he had to call the boss over and the job ended up needing 3 people to complete and even with the 3 of them it took a good 3 to 4 hours.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
