We needed Structural Engineering Design and Calculation services for a retaining wall in our backyard- the wall is neighbor adjacent and retaining a slop, and would exceed 75LF in length and 4FT height. It needed to be designed thoughtfully; And we needed it to be prepared and presented to the City for a Building Permit, so it also had to adhere to our city's unique municipal codes and ordinances. Either way, not someone you want to use as the basis for an eval of your house’s structural integrity when purchasing a home. He charges $400 for a “verbal” report with you—-useless when you are going thru escrow..."
