Jason came out, and found the problem. We were afraid that our 15 year old a.c. was going to have to be replaced. Jason found that the capacitor needed to be replaced. He went after the part and in a short time had it installed and we were up and running. He was absolutely on time with the text that was sent and we were happy with his work and the quick service that we received since we are experiencing over 100 degree temps. We Have also decided that we will use Humphrey when we need a new unit.
