"The Repairman (Alex) arrived within 2 or 3 hours after the initial call. Upon arriving, he put booties on to cover his shoes and came in the house. After describing to him what the washer was doing, he went right to work. Within no time, Alex determined what the problem was and told us he would have to order the part. He phoned the following day and advised us the part was in and showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the washer. While there are we explain to him another problem we were having with our dryer. He quickly went to work on that and again, within an hour or so, he had the problem resolved. Alex Is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and waste no time making the repairs. This company has it going on. I won't hesitate to call them for any other needs on my appliances."
