"My husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget. They listened to our needs and customized aspects of the build to meet those needs. When problems came up, as they do in construction, they were honest in their explanations and devised plans to fix the situation. We have now lived in the house for several months and are very happy with the work. So happy, in fact, that we have contracted with them again, this time to remodel the outside of our house."

They started when they said they would, got the job done efficiently, and kept in touch with us about changes and innovations as the project went along. They were also totally honest with us about renovation ideas we had that would not have worked due to the condition and logistics of our home, which is 60 years old and sits on a steep hill. The E&A crew worked hard and left a spotless work space. The drywall in the office is as smooth as it can be -- you would never know this room was once part of an unfinished basement. "If you can be flexible A+ Pressure Washing and Home Repairs is the Company for you. After some initial scheduling issues on both of our calendars, and the weather, we finally came to an agreed to date and time. Scott and Jonathan were very thorough on the task at hand. Our white siding, windows, soffits, and fascias look like new. We had all of this work done a year ago ( <em>by another provider</em>) and Scott fixed all of last years mistakes and made everything beautiful. They rinsed the window glass so minimal window cleaning will be needed. Not their problem, but I would recommend following them around as they do the windows and doors. It was easy to keep ahead of any water infiltration. Great Job Guys! <br /> PS: while writing this review, my daughter called. After discussing what a great job they did she asked for his name. Which I gladly gave to her."

"I hired Jimmy to repair a door that was still leaking under the threshold after already hiring 2 other contractors to fix it, neither of which was able. Jimmy is very polite and professional and gives it to you straight. Unfortunately, the first time he removed and reset the door, it was still leaking. He returned my call on a weekend to schedule a day early that week to come back. He discovered an issue with the subfloor below the door, which had been repaired by one of the previous contractors, and was causing a poor seal between the subfloor and the threshold. After his second visit, I'm glad to say that the door did not leak after the heavy rains we had this weekend. Jimmy certainly stands behind his work, and if any issues arise, he will take care of you."

"These guys are great. I explained the repairs I needed done after another guy bailed on me many times. Talon drove an hour to get it done before the storm came so it would be done before closing. They don’t care how small the job is it’s still worth their time."
