"Removed old water heater and installed new water heater and brought water heater up to code. They arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and neatly. The price for the direct vent water heater plus installation was about $250 less than another local quote. Overall I am very satisfied with the price and quality of the installation."

"We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"

"A wonderful professional plumber. We thought the water heater needed to be replaced but Scott told us that was not the problem. We very much appreciate his honesty. He replaced the broken water heater thermostats, corrected a water circulation problem and replaced the bladder in the overflow tank. Thank you, Scott!"

"The whole house plumbing inspection I was satisfied with, but they refused to do the other part of the deal with the water heater flush. Which was the only reason I bought the deal. They said it was too old and they might brake it. Even when I asked them too even if it broke, they still wouldnt do it. I was very displeased with the overall service."
