"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Although I am an Angies' member I have not to this point ever written a review. But the service and professionalism of everyone from the order taker to the billing department was so exceptional that I had to document it for any others who might need their services. Special recognition must go out to 'Bruce,' the service professional who actually did the job. Not only was he knowledgeable but also quick and clean. I just had the feeling I was in good hands the whole time he was here...and what's more I never felt if I was being up sold or offered services that I did not need. Truly, the next time I require any of the services they offer ProServ will get my business. Steve M."

"They called and stated it was probably not worth repairing my old dishwasher and recommended I buy a new one instead. This was honest and professional, as they make their money from repairs. Thumbs up to Old School Repair!"

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"Extremely responsive, polite, and professional. They came back with a part the very same day and repaired my refrigerator. Will work with them again when needed."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"The service was on time and sprayed the affected areas.  The ants swarmed in late March and were gone by the time the service was conducted.  The ants have not come back.  The service was professionally done.  The business does offer periodic retreatments which we declined. "
