"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The HVAC specialist performed a diagnostic test of the upstairs unit, and determined that the pressure switch was bad. They then charged us $265 to change the part which did not fix the problem. We were then told that the mother board was bad and this need to be changed as well. They then quoted us approx $1200 to complete the entire job. I decided at this point that I would just fix the system myself. I then ordered a new motherboard a fixed the system for just under $400 total cost including the cost of changing the pressure switch. I honest felt like the pressure switch was never the issue and that I paid the company to change a part that was never bad in the first place. This is solely my opinion and I have no way of truly telling if this part was bad or not. I'm sure the company does great work, but I felt that I was going to continue to pay them to swap parts that may or may not be bad and once everything was said and done get hit with a large bill that I could not afford.

"My husband forgot to inform me that the window of time was between 11:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m. I left a message for the company that was not kind. I thought he was late. Thankfully the repairman ignored it. He was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. It turned out just to be a loose wire. I was so grateful that despite my unpleasant message this wonderful repairman did his work anyway and forgave me for being such a witch. I highly recommend this company. "Luke warm review is based on their sales and business practices. They play games with words and if you don't know the technical terms your real cost is far from the advertised one.I purchased services via AL for a whole house duct cleaning with unlimited vents for $125. when they showed up to do the work the estimate was over $800. Seems 'vents' means just the cold air returns. They charge addition fees for each element in your furnace-a/c. Supply vents, return vents, what they call a main line, upper unit, lower unit and more are all additional elements with additional fees. The service itself was fine and they do have fine print that mentions additional fees may apply. I just don't like the predatory/misleading advertising."
