Uses a program called Co-Construct keeping him and us on the same page during the building. This program also tracks payment schedule. As changes, adds, or deletes occur it follows all the tweaks in written versus verbal format.

"The window replacement team was very efficient in completing the removal and installation of our windows. They completed the job in less than a day and removed all of the old windows and any other items, so there was no mess for us to have to take care of. Great job in the installation of our new windows."

"The work they did is still working. The system works but it seems like we have a leak in the front of the house. The front of the house actually has three continuous sections and there is one place where it kind of runs down the side of the house a little bit. The product itself, the incaps were painted to match the color of the choice of gutters but they peel back to white. When we called, they were right on time."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
