"Walter and Kevin repaired an upstairs shower that was leaking to the downstairs ceiling. The ceiiling needed to be refinished because of the water stqains that resulted from the leaky shower. The entire job was done in one day. When finished the ceiling looked as if nothing had happened to it. An outstanding job at a reasonable price!!!"

"I've worked with Dave now for several years on projects of less than $1000 and projects up to $100,000. No matter the cost, the same attention to detail is given. I find Dave to be honest, fair, trustworthy, and very hard working. Most recently, D&R Improvements repaired significant structural issues, installed new windows and Hardy siding. It was a large, daunting project, but throughout the process I had confidence in Dave and Wayne's abilities to restore the home to a condition I can be proud of. "George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend George's painting to others!

"Kelvin Funes, owner of KF Remodeling is a very experienced contractor in all aspects of home building and remodeling. They have done four jobs for me this year from Feb to July of 2025. Jobs included; shower/bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Some were major plumbing and installation of wired smoke detectors. Not easy but Kelvin always tells me his job is to solve problems. And he does. Twice I needed to call him back to handle small over looked items and he returned promptly to handle them.
