Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

A job more than well done! Also, within budget :)

"Everything went well.  We've used Walls on multiple occasions now and they have always been punctual, professional, and got the job done correctly without any issues.  Overall, we would like the price to be lower, however, we would rather pay a slightly higher price and know the work was done well, then deal with the hassle of trying to get something fixed a second time.

"My house was built in 1947 and owned by the same family from then until I purchased it in 2010. There were no modern 3-prong outlets anywhere in the house. I used this Big Deal purchase to get the main floor updated. Henry arrived promptly at 8am and worked non-stop until 4:30pm except for a brief lunch break. He had been expecting to have a helper for the day, but the guy didn't show up. Henry took this in stride, made no complaints or excuses and just got to work. Henry also helped me save some money by pointing out that I had bought replacement outlets that were more expensive than necessary. Long story, but I was able to quickly get the more basic ones from Home Depot for him to use and later return the others. Henry's work was very efficient and tidy. I didn't have to do any clean up after he was done as I usually do when other contractors complete work. This service was a great value for the money. I will definitely call Craftmasters and ask for Henry when I am ready to update the upstairs electrical outlets.

"Pool Pros came recommended by the pool builder, who uses them to perform pool startups and customer indoctrination.  They have a terrific guy who performs the startup and indoctrination, and primarily does repairs.  The crew that performed the weekly service, however, left a lot to be desired.  As a new pool, the finish required frequent brushing.  In addition to the weekly service, I paid to have them come out and brush the pool a few times.
The first week of service, I missed the crew, despite being away from the house for about 30 minutes the entire day.  I figured they must have pulled into my house right after I left.
The second week, I saw them pull in, went to introduce myself about 10 minutes later, and they were gone.  Another time, I saw one of the guys take 4 brush strokes, when he was supposed to brush the entire pool. 
One time I caught them about to leave after being there a few minutes, and asked if they vacuumed the pool.  They obviously hadn't been there long enough do it.  The tech replied "do you think it needs it?"  I pointed out that there were a lot of worms on the bottom.  He vacuumed the pool, but should I really have to ask?
This was a new pool, and we had to leave it open to allow the finish to cure.  Even though it was too cold to use, and didn't need to be pristine, I never felt I was getting what I paid for.
