"Project: Pest Control - Mice I wanted a company that would not use poison to kill mice since poisoned mice kill owls, etc. and get poison into the environment. This company uses only snap traps and know-how to catch mice and to find and plug nearly invisible entry points. Work was thorough and workers were knowledgeable as well as friendly and polite. The cost is actually a bit too high for me because they sell only a package, which includes insect spraying (using a poison that is not really environmentally good--same poison most companies use) which I do not want but have to pay for anyway. However, the service I do want has been worth the cost."

They told me they would start treatments in a couple of days. they never showed up I was never able to reach a person directly so I left numerous messages. Never heard back. I called this morning, and less then three hours later they have already been here, inspected, gave recommendations, and treated.  Likely mice, so they recommended putting poison out, which we asked them to do.  Really nice guy who came out..friendly, informative.  If every contractor were like this, life would be so much easier!  Will are going to have them come back the check the traps, and also do a termite inspection..
