"This review is more than a year overdue, but I was very happy and satisfied with the job done by Brick Restoration Inc. I had a plumbing leak (frozen pipe break) in the wall behind the kitchen sink, and the repair could only be made from the outside wall of the house. BRI quoted me a very fair price for brick removal and restoration. When it came time restore the hole in the brick, BRI came back out and filled in the hole with all new bricks. Since it is nearly impossible to find the same kind of bricks, their brick layer was very skilled at painting the bricks to match the existing bricks. I was very happy with the work that was done. I will call BRI again if I ever need brick more brick work done."

Efrain came to evaluate and we agreed on the extent of the job which included repair of several walls applying a mesh with base coat, texture, primer paint and finally have the full house repainted. This included soffit, gutters and down spouts. Efrain even provided cleaning all the windows and power wash the driveway. I have to admit it was a nice surprise. The house looks now even better than when we first built it 11 years ago. Efrain does follow up on his promise and the quality of the job is unmatched."

"I called on 10/10/18 and David was able to accommodate my schedule and come out that same day! I had 3 dryer vents cleaned at 3 houses (Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville) and David was able to do them all in a row at the Angie's List price of $75 each ($225.00 total). I didn't buy these off Angie's list, I just called and told him I found him here. He was friendly and professional and extremely efficient! That's why he was able to get all 3 done before I had to leave for an appointment. My roof was very steep and slippery, but he got up there and I could see the lint coming out - new construction home, so it had been 3 years worth of lint. In Round Rock, there was a weird vent with a cover on this home from the 80's, more lint here than at my house for sure. Then on to Pflugerville to a house from the 90's, the most lint came out of here and it had likely never been cleaned before. The dryer vent is the cause of a lot of fires from what I've read/heard. David made the cleaning look easy, but it would have taken me hours and possible bodily injury getting on/off those roofs to do it! I will be hiring him every year going forward to ensure our vents are kept clean - he is amazing!"

"My family and I started the process of getting a generator back in May. We signed the necessary documents and work began the beginning of June. The main purpose of us getting a generator was for us to no longer be without power during Texas horrible storm season. We have an elderly disabled veteran and now a 9-month-old that resides here so it was imperative that we got the generator. This business lacks communication and accountability! We had to reach out several times in order for them to complete this process. After Hurricane Beryl left us without power for four days, they finally came and completed the job. NOW..we have a d*** gas leak!!! We called them regarding this and they made it seem as if this was normal and would send someone out to look. That never happened. Our neighbor ended up calling Centerpoint due to smelling gas and that's when it was discovered that we had a gas leak. This could've ended tragically for my family and myself and even the neighborhood. Since Centerpoint was here, they did end up shutting off the generator. So now we're back to square one with no generator and no phone call from when this matter will be resolved from the d*** company after I've made several phone calls, text messages, and emails."
