"Let me start by saying my wife and I have dealt with 3 plumbers before finding Joe, and he has been nothing short of superb. Weâ ve had sewer line issues since moving into our home 2 years ago. Every couple of months, the sewer line would back up and we would have to clean the mess of water that came up out of the toilet and shower. Whenever we called plumbers, they would snake the sewer line and say weâ re good. Iâ m a month or two, same issue would occur. When we called Joe, he figured out that the problem was on our side of the sewer line, not the side leaving our house. He proceeded to remove 20 YEARS WORTH OF HARDENED GREASE that had accumulated. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
