"I had to purchase material needed for the repair prior to the guy coming which wasn't ideal since I wasn't 100% sure what was needed but I got it close enough and he took the area apart and patched it up and gave me very clear instructions on what to do to give it the best chance of lasting (second coat of paint and checking the caulking in a few weeks). Very helpful and it turns out that all of the leaking, including what I thought was seeping under the wall, was from this area of rot and we've had no more problems in the 10 months since the repair was done. "I had a great experience with Mr. Eddie Watkins, the owner of this company. After I accidentally damaged my TV, I hesitated for four months about getting it fixed because I didn't know how much it would cost. I'm sorry that I waited so long to call a repair person because my experience with Mr. Watkins was great.  He was able to come to my house on the same day that I called, which was very convenient.  When he didn't arrive or call 30 minutes after the appointment time, I had to call him to make sure he was still coming.  He was delayed at a previous appointment, which I didn't mind, but I would have appreciated him giving me a call to let me know.  This is why I gave him a B in punctuality.  Once he arrived at my house, Mr. Watkins diagnosed the problem and repaired the TV efficiently and quickly. He was careful with the handling of the TV and use of tools inside my house.  Overall, I was very satisfied with the at-home service and quality of the work and would recommend Mr. Watkins for TV repair services.
