He always kept his dates and he followed through with any updates as needed. I would definitely use him again. This was my second project with him, the first project was a customized desk for my office and he did very well and because I was so satisfied with that project, I called him for this one. "Bill is the best! I cannot praise his work highly enough. We originally hired Bill and his partner to build a wall-length built in bookshelf. He was very easy to communicate with and very helpful as we finalized the design. The end product was stunning! All of the finishing was perfect, which was really impressive, because the floor and ceiling were not at all level. So after that went so well, we hired him a few months later to build a custom kitchen larder. If anything, it's even nicer. Perfectly matches our design and is really high quality. Absolutely top notch work. You won't find anybody better. Not that you'll need to, but be sure to ask him about lions and tigers :)."
