Ghosted again? still has not responded ? 6 hours later. The Ring Cam is offline with no power connection?. Box is still humming? I still worried it may be a fire hazard. ?. Very unhappy with the follow up Customer Service. I really thought it would be the beginning of an ongoing relationship as I have other projects to be completed."
