"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. "It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"

"Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"
