We didn't want to shop around in advance for the parts, so we explained to Norma what we were looking for and followed up with an email that she shared with the plumber in advance of the visit. Jack, the plumber showed up with good-quality replacement parts that met our requirements. We know we could have purchased these parts more cheaply on our own, but it saved us time and gas to just have the plumber "shop" for us and then do the replacement work. Though Saffer is on the expensive side, even with a coupon, we were pleased with both the parts and Jack's work."
