"They were super quick in their response time; about ten minutes after I had requested a quote, they called to tell me they were on their way. Our septic field was really backed up but they were able to come out later the same afternoon with a backhoe to dig up the yard and see why it was backed up. Apparently the leech line had been routed beneath a huge tree and the roots were choking the field badly. They saved us *so* much money by repairing the line instead of needing to have the whole tank replaced, which was quoted anywhere between $4500 and $6500. We ended up paying $2800 to have the lines rerouted and the clogs cleared up and I honestly couldn't be happier with their work. In addition, a ruptured pressure tank needed to be removed from a closet where things had been built around it. This was an all-day job and required someone to go beyond the scope of plumbing to deal with electrical, etc. We are extremely happy with the results and will not hesitate to use again."
