"I had a 20+ year old water heater. The expansion tank developed a leak. I contacted Wagner and Sons. Mike gave me a suggestion to temporarily fix the leak. After discussion I contracted him and his son to replace the water heater and expansion tank. He said he could be there at 12:00PM on Monday. He was right on time. He replaced the water heater and the expansion tank in just over one hour. Hauled away the old heater for free."

"The water heater started to leak much worse on Sunday. He called on Sunday and was able to come early Monday morning. He took me to Menards to pick out the water heater and brought it home in his truck. He installed it quickly and removed theold one."

"They were honest about pricing and our options, arrived early for the appointment, and were very quick and efficient with the install of our new water heater."

"Pat was wonderful. Very attentive and professional. Our water heater replacement was a huge challenge. It was located in a tight closet under a staircase and several gas lines had to be removed just to get it out. He then had to cut one of the top supply lines because the nut had seized up. Once he got it out and the new one was placed in, we realized the diameter was slightly larger then the old one was. After some maneuvering, it fit perfectly. One of the top supply lines had to be reconfigured, and another challenge was that it was hard to melt the soder to join the pipe together because of the difficulty to see, but Pat nailed it. No leaks! Great job! Highly recommended!"

"I had a great experience with Eric, the owner of this company. He showed up on time. He was knowledgable and didn't fix anything unless it required to be fixed. I had quite a bit of plumbing needs in my basement. I needed a new water heater, toilet, and sump pump. I was planning on removing the old water softener, but he managed to get it up and running. He installed new valves to replace the awful saddle valves that were there from previous owners. I knew from previous experience, that saddle valves would end up leaking if they were not taken care of. He was also REASONABLY priced. He wasn't scary high or oddly low. As a single mother, I felt safe in his presence and did not feel taken advantage of regarding the work involved. Eventually I will need to replace the water shut off valve and put in a new bathroom vanity. I will definitely hire him again! I'm so relieved to find a knowledgable plumber that does not take advantage of unknowledgeable people and who charge a reasonable and fair rate. Thank you Eric for the amazing work you have completed for me! I will be calling you soon!"

"He will be installing it next Friday. It's been excellent working with him so far and he has had good communication and follow up."

"I purchased an "Angie's Big Deal" to have three small jobs done at my home. I needed a toilet put in place in my powder room, a faucet changed in my kitchen, and a water filter installed in the kitchen. These three projects took longer than expected and I ended up paying for additional labor time. The installer encountered a few problems installing the water filtration system and had to come back out to correct them. Phone calls were returned promptly and follow-up before, during, and after the projects were completed was good."
