He came to my home shortly thereafter, checked the unit, took pictures and showed me what needed to be replaced and also provided different options to fix the issue and keep the cost reasonable. I agreed to his recommendations and he took pictures of what was replaced. The service was fantastic, and it was explained to me where I could totally understand what was done. We made an appointment and he came with his trainee assistant to complete the work. It turned out that there was a fair amount of additional cleaning and maintenance to be done on the interior unit than we'd originally counted on. He did not want to charge me any more for the extra services. Britt truly went above and beyond my expectations. He and Don were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with.
