"Eric Andrade is polite, professional and expert. He performed 6-month maintenance on my heat pump and attic AC unit. He spent about an hour and must have taken about 30 pictures on his phone which he used to show me all of the work that he had done. Among the work he did was to clean the fins on my heat pump and check the voltage on various components that need to be replaced when the voltage is too low. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He is a sheer delight wo work with and I recommend him highly."
