"Matt came in and replaced a leaking shutoff valve that another plumber had declared unfixable and then located the problem with our show/tub very quickly. He ordered the replacement part for this 40 year old fixture and will replace it when it comes in. He will figure out charges then."

Absolute Pllumbing showed up when they told us they would, removed the drywall. They cleaned up after each major operation. Absolute Plumbing brough in an elctrican who consulted with us and installed the lighting. In the process of this remodeling, the plumber found improper heating instutlion by our builder. in the near future we are having Absolute Plumbing return to make the proper corrections in the heating system."

"Good response time, fair price for faucet, a time consuming struggle to install the faucet purchased from them. Spent nearly 3 hours assmbling and installing a faucet. Very nice and personable plumber but had little or no past experience in installing this particular faucet, even though it is one that was recommended by their company and purchased from them. Result was , in my oppinion, too much time spent. Plumber assigned to the job repeatedly commented that he was embarrassed by all of the difficulties he was having and how much time it was taking. In fairness, the company reduced the time charges slightly to 2 1/2 hours, but I still thought that was a lot for sweating a foot of 1/2 copper pipe with two couplings and two elbows in order to intall a three piece ( spout assembly plus 2 valves) faucet . I might use them again but would question, before committing, to ensure that the person assigned had the necessary experience to do the job in a timely manner."

"Let me start by saying that I'm very particular with who I let work on my house. And right away I could tell that the owner and technician were very knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. <br /> <br /> During one of the hottest days in July, our Lennox air conditioner quit working due to a few issues. Normally this isn't a big deal, but my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time. I called Complete Comfort and told them the situation with my wife, and even though they were busy, they were able to have someone at my door in an hour. From the beginning the tech was very confident that he knew what the issue was, and just to be sure, he confirmed this with an internal Lennox technician. After replacing the capacitor and fuse the Air conditioner kicked back on. He also took the time to install a thermostat that I hadn't had time to install yet, fix some wiring that a past technician had done, and clean the outside vents of the air conditioner. This is how business should be done."
