"Andrew came to our house between Ann Arbor and Plymouth at 8 PM on Tuesday when a storm caused an electrical outage. We had a generator but we're only getting partial power in the house. Andrew ran tests inside the house, determining that not enough power was coming into the house. He then started testing different areas of the generator until he found the part not working. Once he located the problem, he quickly fixed it. Because he didn't give up on me or my problem, he restored electricity, saving me hundreds from food spoilage in a refrigerator and freezer. "Kane and Scott arrived on the planned day and completed our work in four hours. They were a half hour late from the planned start time, but Kane communicated to me that morning the delayed start time. We had two ceiling fans and two wall sconces, with switches, installed. They worked diligently and carefully, and everything looked great and worked perfectly when they were done. They cleaned up almost everything afterward, but left a lot of dust and some trash behind. We were happy with their work and cheerfully paid the money for which they asked."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

All i had to pay was a contractor service fee. In the future if i need a plumber i will ask for the Company OSP Plumbing in the Henderson/ Las Vegas Nevada area and ask for Jeromy."

"Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.
