Their service was professional, work crew was personable and left no evidence of being on my property except for, the awesome new gutter system on my house. Seriously, if I wouldn't have seen them doing the work, you wouldn't know they were there, it was like a Home Makeover reveal or something - the whole experience impressed me and I'm skeptical to a fault. The best statement I can say is, while my Wife and I were walking around our house, she smiled and said, "I can't wait for it to rain!" I can't either. Thanks HGE."

"We hired Canales LLC to repoint a waist high brick facade, extend a privacy fence by 25 feet, and replace the aluminum and soffit around our home. Erick and Mary Ella were communicative in providing a quote, discussing the project, and providing a timeline for each stage of the work. Amazingly, they were able to provide a crew to complete everything in two days. Additionally, they cleaned up the site and somehow removed and replaced the existing gutters around a large immovable pergola in our backyard. All in, the cost for everything was far more reasonable than other larger contractors with lower ratings. I'll post photos of the work on their Google Reviews page."

"LeafFilter was great! The representative came to our home and was knowledgeable & friendly. He explained to us how these gutters were different & they were a lifetime warranty. They schedule the installation within a few days. We had some rotting/ disintegrating wood under our gutters, so they replaced that and installed/ took the old gutters away quickly. The only reason I took a couple half stars away is was that the representative was about an hour late, but he was nice to call to warn us. Also, the installation on new gutters is quite expensive, but they provided us with several discounts and interest free financing. However, with a lifetime (50 years) warranty, we’re hoping to never think about gutters again."

"Vince was willing to look at the situation and see what he could do, although his own recommendation was to remove the covers.  When he arrived he removed one section and showed me the encrusted debris blocking the slits and advised me that blowing would not suffice to remove it. We were about to part amicably and with a fair payment for his time, but he could see that I was disappointed and asked what I was going to do.  I said I would probably try to screw up my courage, borrow a ladder and go up and clean them off by hand myself, as I had done with a more accessible section.  He offered to have his partner, Jamie, go back and do that, and then blow off the loose debris.  He warned me that some of it would get into the gutter, but was honest in telling me that the inside of the gutter was in tolerable condition.  He was clear that he could not guarantee the performance of the gutter covers after this operation, but I understood that and was willing to take the risk.
Vince was honest, clear about the pros and cons of what I wanted done, but at the end of the day did not want to leave unless I was satisfied.  He went the extra mile to gain my satisfaction, and did not charge extra for doing more than he had originally promised.
There have been a couple of fairly hard rains since the covers were cleaned, and their performance was much improved.  I am grateful to Vince for his flexibility and his commitment to customer satisfaction."

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!

"This guy was great. He brought his own truck and was a professional. Unlike some that show up in a mini van with a small power washer from sears this guy had the equipment to get the job done. He and his two helpers worked for 4 hours on a 4000 square foot home. I have to admit with a black shingled roof my white gutters were ugly. We had been looking for several years for the person that could get these gutters cleaned? I wish I had taken b4 pictures so I could post them. This house looks great. He cleaned all the siding, gutters, down spouts and window seals. If your looking for a professional that will get the job done call this guy, thanks Rich for doing a great job ? "I came across this product at an exhibit booth at an unrelated convention, the initial quality of the product appeared superior to many systems out there so I set up a sales appointment. The appointment went as can be expected with any large commercial home improvement company, that is a bit high pressure, but outside of that it was pleasant enough. I've been around home construction for around 40 years now so I'm familiar enough with quality solutions. I'd already identified this as such and could have skipped most of the sales pitch (not delivering the full script seems to always throw off salesman :)). As I was replacing a current system for which the company had gone belly up, and thus the service guarantee worthless, I had done my homework for this sales call on the product, and was solely looking to determine the proposed cost for the project. I was a bit surprised when the installer came out and was operating solo. A helper probably would made for a better job. Bottom line on the installation....The removal of my old gutter system left holes in the facia where the screws for the old system went through, and some flashing around the old system restricting the flow of water back behind the facia was removed. It would have been wise calk and flash these areas accordingly, and it's required by the building code. Instead the new system was installed leaving the areas not previously susceptible to water damage now susceptible. The front of the house came out pretty close to perfect. The rear looks a bit wavy, which I presume is because without the aid of an additional hand to help hold the 40+ ft of seamless gutter, some drooping occurred. The good news is that the 2 days following the installation provided flash flood conditions and the new system appears to have zero overflow from the gutters. I'm adjacent to the woods so I'll update this review for the systems continued effectiveness in a leaf heavy environment. I'll also provide a post service review as to the installation deficiencies in the rear of the house previously noted. Hope the review helps!"
