"They replaced an entry door as well as a storm door. There was an unexpected problem which Tim handled with ease and did an exceptional job. He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and then cleaned up everything when he was done. Emily and Alaska were very conscientious in keeping me updated on the progress of my project. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Delayed one day and took one day longer due to shortage of staff. Job was well done and professional, cleanup was very good. Cost was very high, first quote was a ridiculous 18k and worked down to 13.9 which was still pretty high"
