"My initial review was somewhat marginal, but now several years later I will say that the reinforcement has been perfect, and they did eventually provide the engineered drawings that were promised shortly after the project completion. Only hitch was with the length of the steel, which they did correct by welding on tabs to each end. Ultimately it was a good job and completed in one day. Would definitely use them again if I needed to reinforce a structure."

I am living on Cony Island Seagate  area at that time I was home with my Family and how a remember the water came up to my house and flooded my basement and first floor of my house... We basically lost everything at the first and basement floor... <br /> We have received some help from FEMA like every homeowner in that area  but the rest was huge loss from our pockets... <br /> We found structureline based on recommendations and we started to do renovation...Nicholas the General Manager helped us out to apply for a small loan so we could begin the  renovation...We needed to do a complete  house renovation .... <br /> They took off the walls  in the basement and 1st floor, they did mold disinfection, replaced all drywall's, wiring, boiler, windows, doors, siding etc.. <br /> They did remodeling on the master bathroom from the first floor and kitchen, they did a wonderful job...We love their new engineered Hardwood floor and the new design of the bathroom with the big bathtub and shower cabinet ... "Wes and his crew did a great job and delivered exactly as promised. The 1st floor support is substantial and structured in a way that ensured no access or usage of the basement were limited. They had to work above and around my boiler and protected it very well while installing new beams and posts. The heart was rebuilt and new tile installed that extended into the firebox. New trim was installed around the tile that resulted in a sharp and pleasing finish. We are very please with the work and the outcome. All details were addressed and all concerns and questions answered. The crew was respectful of our home and kept debris and waste safely controlled. Wes is a genius!"

"A year ago I hired a company that specializes in repairing foundation walls, as mine was collapsing due to weakened footings from shoddy workmanship by a previous waterproofing job. I paid several thousands of dollars (I mean a lot!) to this foundation expert who removed an existing French drain and stabilized the wall. He noted my footings had been compromised but did nothing to support them. Almost immediately my basement began taking in water. Without a French drain or some type transport system there was no way to transport water to the sump pump. The foundation “expert” had no explanation and no solution, Then I found Walt Gural. I could have saved thousands of dollars and a great deal of aggravation and angst if I’d only found him 1st! He is knowledgeable, patient and honest. He knew exactly what the remedy should be and, without laying blame on the previous contractor, supported the footings, re-installed the French drain, added a lolly column for additional support and did all this following consultations with his structural engineer. Walt spent a great deal of time explaining the process and reassuring me (many times) this was the “fix” and that my new, expensive wall from the prior foundation repair was not going to fail. Max is a terrific worker and sets the standard for all the other workers on the job. If you’re spending tons of time researching foundation repair and/or basement waterproofing companies, stop now and JUST HIRE WALT!!"

"Very punctual. Arrived before 8 am. Initially, work includes both my basement and garage but after Giovanni looked at the garage, he noticed that there is a foundation issue and recommended that it is best for an Engineer to inspect it first before doing anything. They immediately started working on my basement and completed the work before 4:30 pm. They have covered and secured everything making sure that no debris or dust get into my house. They cleaned up the work area really good and addressed the black mold that have accumulated in the drywall behind the stairs. One of his guys named Niko went out of his way to fix our pavers step after noticing that it was loose. Giovanni walked us through everything that was done and was very patient in answering all our concerns and questions. He even recommend a carpenter to finish the basement and emphasized that we should feel free to contact him directly if there are any issues. Sammy, the customer representative who answers the office phone is always very pleasant to talk to and kept me up to date with everything including potential delay in arrival from the initial estimate, contract signing and reminder of the work a day before. Everyone was very professional. Giovanni and his crew did an excellent job on our basement and all were very polite and respectful. He is very honest and we definitely highly recommend them."
