"I love this company! They did a fantastic job 6 years ago when they installed a new AC unit for us. They've provided us excellent service ever since. Last week we finally decided to replace the furnace, too. They gave us the quote on Wednesday afternoon, and they were here bright and early Friday morning to start the work. "I highly recommend this company! Our AC unit went completely dead and (of course) the weather was sunny and in the 90’s. Our house was sweltering. We called American Air at 5:30 pm and the service person was there that night! He realized we needed a whole new unit. It was also a Friday night. He brought us a very nice portable unit to use until Monday when our new unit would be installed. They showed up Monday morning and worked in the blazing heat until about 4:00 pm. Because of the age of our units, we went ahead and purchased an AC and furnace as well. Our furnace is in the attic which was probably about 150 degrees up there. The guys were exceptionally professional and polite. Never once complained. They stayed and made sure both units were working properly. We would absolutely use this company again!!!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Overall I was dissatisfied with the manner in which this business advertises and conducts services. I had to contact Fresh Air after more than a week to schedule my service. They never called on their own. The $99 deal I paid for was for insulation and audit. The catch was the two services were performed on separate days. Obviously, this company hoped to sell more services during the audit to install at the second appointment. I thought they were not forthcoming about how they operate. I took a day off work to have the insulation blown in and it never happened because I sent the "audit" crew away. The following Saturday the insulation was blown in. The $99 dollar deal turned out to be worthless as my time costs more. I burned up a vacation day and a Saturday morning fooling around with this company.

"During record heat days, my ac went out. I called Unique Air because I had used them once before in June, 2013. I originally found them on Angie's list. Both service calls were a positive experience. I would urge anyone to call this company. They are nice men, professional and know their business.AC repair is not cheap. But I feel they treated me fairly and gave me a good price.

"I called to request a plumber and the nice lady who answered the phone asked if I had a tankless water heater or a tank.. I have a tankless water heater and she told me to use a hairdryer to thaw the pipes at the water heater. It worked like a charm!!!"
