"My driveway was very discolored with some pock marks, and it was detrimental to the appearance of my home.  Based on other reviews and pictures, I decided to resurface the concrete with an epoxy stone coating.  Gary Meyer of ESI was very responsive to my request and came out to examine my property.  He explained the whole process to me.  He also arranged for mudjacking for my walkway and driveway to prepare for the project.  The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and there was no mess left behind.  The finished product was gorgeous.  My family, friends and neighbors couldn't believe how good it looks.  I have received many compliments, and it has greatly improved the overall curb appeal of my property.  I would highly recommend ESI. "

"I called Kopp Concrete Contractors for an estimate to put in a new concrete sidwalk on 2/15/2013 and left a message. The following day, a Saturday, Tim Kopp called me and offered to come by and see what I wanted done. He arrived at the agreed upon time, took measurements, and told me he would try to get me a written quote that day or Monday. The quote arrived that afternoon by e-mail. The quote fully explained what they intended to do and with what materials. I didn't know if it was a fair price or not,so I contacted several other concrete firms that also got good ratings from Angies List. Some explained the job was too small for them, one I had contacted a month earlier and I called again. His secretary seemed concerned that the owner had not gotten back with me and assured me he would contact me. He never did. Another contractor was very interested, called me back several times and arrived for the estimate on time. He gave me a verbal estimate and told me what he was going to do, but didn't offer to put it in writing. His price was also significantly higher than Kopps. <br /> I sent an e-mail to Kopp and agreed to their proposal. The weather was not conducive for concrete work, Once the weather broke I got a call from Tim Kopp and he offered to put in the sidewalk the following Tuesday or Wednesday when he was doing another sidewalk in the area. His crew arrived on the agreed day, started promptly, and one of the men doing the hard work was Tim Kopp. They did even more than was quoted when they raised a slab to ensure there would not be a trip hazard. I thought they would do a good job, but the result was even better than I imagined. They took extra time to cover the walk with plastic to prevent possible rain from marring the finish. The attention to detail in the final finish was impressive. They cleaned up the area, removed the forms, and replaced the sod they had saved to the edges of the sidewalk. <br /> My experience with Kopp Concrete and Tim Kopp was exceptional. I highly recommend this company. <br /> <br />"

"This was too big a job to let inexperienced folks on, so I shopped around quite a bit, and went with Spartan based on their reputation, and I wasn't disappointed. The foreman Allen and his crew did an outstanding job with the lift, and were aware of my concerns with the new window above the garage. The lift only had to go up about 3/4" in one corner, but because this house is a wonky split level, it solved 4 problem areas at once. The care and patience with the job exceeded all expectations."
