David explained to me how everything worked and again, answered all my questions. David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. "I have waited to write this as I tried to research the job that was done and gain a better understanding. The final result is that the job got done my problem was fixed. However the work was somewhat less than professional and I am left feeling taken advantage of and significantly over charged."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
