Abode Construction delivered this and more! Scott provides top notch work, respectful and capable crew, quality customer care, and advice, all for a competitive price. His team, from the estimate to changes for the project through completion of the bathrooms, make the client feel valued. Did everything go as planned? Absolutely not. Some events were unavoidable (e.g. supply delays) but some could have been avoided. However, Scott made sure that we were whole at the end of the day and made good on his 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I now have two updated, modern bathrooms that we all LOVE! "I'm absolutely thrilled with the work Sean and his crew did on our screened porch. I'm fairly particular and wanted to be involved in the project, probably more than most clients, and Sean worked with me throughout to get the porch I wanted. He was communicative and explained pros/cons of all the various options. Partway through the project, we realized our pre-existing front porch needed some repairs too, and Sean seamlessly added that to the project and was very reasonable on the price. Once the team started, the work went quickly but was clearly done very carefully. The attention to detail was fantastic, and the end result is a beautiful and functional porch that we're thrilled with. In the first week after the porch was completed, at least 6-8 different sets of neighbors stopped us to say it looked great. I would absolutely use American Deck again for a similar project and have recommended them to friends."

"It can be so stressful to find trustworthy companies that do high-quality work. Here’s why we have trusted Ultimate Remodel with our kitchen, bathrooms, basement, and office renovations for the past eight years. - Everyone, from Tunch to the crew, takes pride in their work. They pay attention to detail and go above and beyond. For example, in our most recent project, we had old baseboards that were a mess from the previous owner, but that were outside the project area. The crew sanded and repainted the baseboards, making our house blend in with the freshly renovated area. - Tunch provides his expertise in design, while matching our needs and visions for the space. He provides insight about changes that could impact our house’s value and makes recommendations for efficient use of space based on his extensive experience, but ultimately lets us choose the final product. For example, he made several suggestions to our laundry room plans that greatly improved the utility of the space. - Every project comes with unexpected challenges. "Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."
