I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. What more could we ask for? They did everything we expected."

"In general J&S Plumbing is very responsive, they went out of their way to install a new water heater for us, in a tight space, within just a couple days of my first call. As for plumbing services, they mentioned that they do not charge extra for work in the evenings or on weekends, which many other companies do. The first power-vented water heater they put in had an issue with condensation drip-back, which caused the burner to have intermittent problems keeping the pilot light going. J&S was very professional and responsive to the problem. A month after the initial install, they ended up replacing with another brand new water heater, quickly and at no cost to us."

Since I've only lived here five years and had no idea when it was last cleaned, I also had him clean out water heater. "Patrick came the same day we called him, worked hard to open up our clogged sewer and when snaking didn't fix it explained our options in a clear and professional manner. He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed.
