Nick took his time and determined the problem with our furnace.  He was very thorough in his explanation.  He performed the furnace cleaning, checked to make sure the furnace was functioning properly and cleaned everything up.  The bill was for the exact amount quoted over the phone.  The service was professional, friendly, timely and there were no surprises.  We were very satisfied.

"After 4 hot days with no cooling from my A/C system, it was a welcome relief to know within 20 minutes that the issue was likely a malfunctioning part (which Kevin showed me).
