"I was told my serviceman would arrive between 10am-12pm. He called me at 9:30 that he would arrive in about half an hour & he did, right at 10am. I had a list of specifics to be checked because I bought the service discounted through Angie's list & I asked how he did each thing on the list as he did it & he explained in detail each thing he was doing. He found nothing wrong with my furnace & I told him I was pleased with that because I've had others make up things wrong that aren't just to make money & I am hiring someone because I can't tell when things are wrong & his company did not do that. He asked if there were any questions that he had not yet answered. He also told me how old my furnace was because it was in my house when I moved in & I didn't know. He was very informative, polite, prompt & I am much more at ease that I won't have a heating problem when I need my furnace most."

"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. Tom from Mr. Duct, quickly responded to my concerns and remedied them as best he could. The workers arrived on time and on schedule, were polite and quickly got to work. I discovered the issues (minor) after they left, but Tom quickly followed up with me. I will probably use them again as they took the time to make sure I was satisfied"

"Phoenix HVAC has been great! I needed maintenance on my A/C having never done any on it for 13 years. Bob was great at explaining all that he was doing and he comped me on a part of the service because they had to reschedule me 2 times due to their schedules getting so busy with the latest extreme heat. Speaking of rescheduling, it's not common practice for them and Maggie, their office manager (and Bob) were extremely apologetic about it. I understood the circumstances. I was not in peril with no A/C and others were, so I was ok to wait a few days from original date. Customer Service was excellent, no pushy sales pitch and quality work! I've already recommended them to my neighbors!"
