"Everything went well. The guy showed up on time, put on booties and got to work right away. They were only charging me $150.00 for the rug and the bedroom carpet so I asked the service tech if he would do the staircase too. He agreed to do it and charged me another $30.00. The stairway hadn't been cleaned in a long time and he did a very good job. I am impressed with how well all our old carpeting looks. I have used them to clean carpets in a couple of my apartment buildings and they've always done a good job. Apparently they clean furniture too.  I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
