I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

While I probably could have scrounged around for a slightly better price, the speed, professionalism and quality of the work more than made up for it - and currently being unemployed, I don't say that lightly! They literally came THE NEXT DAY and did the entire install - remove old unit, rework the ducting, install an air cleaner, dress the wiring - all in one day! The job was done with expert quality - no loose wires or hoses lying around, everything square - and they even came back a few days later to make sure the sump pump and humidifier wire working correctly. finally, they called me a week after that, to make sure I got the Peoples Gas rebate paperwork together! I'd recommend them to anyone!"

"I called at 5:30 on a weekday, expecting to either pay a huge emergency fee or be told someone could come out the following day. However, Jon said he could be by in 15 minutes. He arrived quickly and was very friendly and professional. He was also very thorough and ended up filling up the air conditioner with more Freon. I though the price for the Freon was very reasonable compared to other companies we have used in the past. Jon also took a look at our furnace while he was over, but didn't try to upsell us on anything, just gave us tips. I will definitely call this company again in the future, and would recommend them to friends in the area."

After the cleaning the area was policed and everything was back in order. "These guys are great! We have an yearly maintenance contract with them for our AC and hot water boiler. They are professional and do great work! They are also very responsive as issues arise. Our older hot water radiator system went down on a Saturday night. I called Maggie and and Bob (one of the owners) was out Sunday morning and repaired our unit. They also installed a new hot water heater recently. Highly recommended!"
