"Kettle Moraine Heating and AC have been consistently great for servicing our HVAC systems. Their entire team from scheduling to service technicians have always been prompt with communications and highly professional. Special shout out to technicians Patrick and Eric for their great service! They explain what they’re doing, check the systems thoroughly and even indulge our senior dog with pats. Their pricing is fair, their responsiveness when I call is prompt, and the service is great. I highly recommend Kettle Moraine Heating and AC."

"Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

"Marty listened to my needs, inspected the existing systems and provided a fair quote. I met the installation team as they took a close look at the project -- they knew their stuff. I wanted to hire Fast Air but my house is not a standard type of house and the brand of furnace I wanted didn't come in the right size for the house. Marty talked this through with me so I understood the situation. That helped me tremendously when I talked with other HVAC contractors. Fast Air is a professional outfit. They absolutely are at the top of my short list."

"Everything went very well. They were quick to respond by phone and quick to come out for an estimate. I asked a lot of questions and all were answered politely and professionally. After getting several estimates from different companies, I decided on A Better Way. Costs were all pretty much the same, but I was impressed with their professionalism and that they are a local company. They also had the best guarantee for parts and service, 5 years. One thing to note that I learned from all of the companies estimates, is that parts and service does not mean totally free. All companies charge a trip fee if you do need service. But ABW was slightly cheaper. After I called to confirm, they were able to install 2 days later. Installation went smoothly and no surprises (costs). I've been running the air conditioner almost consistently for a few weeks and have not had any problems."

"I called for service and appointment was for the next day. Service person showed up on time. The problem was found (bad micro switch) and a zone valve motor/actuator was replaced. The whole process was completed in 30 minutes. They give senior citizens a discount. Yea! I would use them again for other problems or maintenance."

"Our furnace stopped working, bad news. Mike was here quickly, and fixed the unit we have so we again would have heat! He explained what problems we were having and what we can do in the future to limit additional problems. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable! Our hero for the week!"

"Great company, got all my questions answered and the work was completed in a sensible amount of time. Would recommend to anyone."

"We called Midwest heating and cooling because our furnace was not turning on and heating and the day before when it was on the back of the unit was hot. They came out next day in a timely manner. Very polite and Friendly. Did a diagnostic look at and explained me what was wrong. Along with what he did to fix the issue. Our technician took lots of pictures as to how it looked when he started what his meters were saying with the numbers. Along with what it looked like when done. We got all of that emailed to us and is kept on file if they ever have to come out for something else so the same tech or another tech sees what was done the last time they came out. Our tech Ken explained what all the numbers ment on his picture so we understood things clearly. Told us about a membership program they offer to help out the customer and give them peace mind the next time you need something done. Ken was very knowledgeable and very kind. Would highly recommend."

"The team at Kelchner's Arctic Air is amazing. They do a great job, are timely, and go above and beyond with their services. Whenever I need professional work done on my home, Brian is my first call."

"Angel arrived within the window that they gave at the time of scheduling. He was thorough and polite. I had an older system and he explained my options an quoted me on replacement."
