Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out.
