"When they first came out, they got the AC to stop leaking inside my basement and they clean out some stuff in the system. Then about 3 days later the fan on the condenser kept going on and off. I reached out again and we made an appointment, but no one showed up. Then they showed up unexpectedly 3 days after our scheduled appointment and they fixed the issue."

"Replaced total system. Good price, great service and on time."

"Paul provided estimates for the 2 types of tanks I was interested in. Once tank type was decided on, a date for work was set. Paul and his team showed up on time and the job was completed in a timely manner. The quality of work and product are excellent. Work area was left completely clean. I am very pleased with the job done and would highly recommend New England Tank Service. Thanks again Paul!"

"I live in a condominium association and needed this done right away. The customer service was excellent and they were here the next morning performing the service as needed. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to my friends."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I have nothing but good things to say about Philip Mills, his crew, and his company, Cassana HVAC. I wanted to install heat-pumps for central heat and air in my large home, and I solicited a few bids. Philip responded promptly to my request to visit my home and provide a detailed estimate. His price was quite competitive, the work started on time, and he and his crew did an excellent job. Indeed, I am so impressed with Cassana HVAC that I am now using them to work on other systems in my home. I highly recommend Philip Mills."

"The service was awesome and they were great."

"The tech was awesome, he explained all the steps prior to starting then showed me before and after pics of ducts, have great airflow now thanks Lowes"
