"I had a 20+ year old air conditioning system and didn't want to nurse it through another summer season so I started looking for a replacement during the very polar cold month of February 2019. Of the three bids I received, I was most impressed with Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating Inc's responsiveness, professionalism and price. Three days after I signed a contract, Team Polar was at my house at 8:30 am and by 1:00 pm I had a new air conditioning system! The team worked fast, was pleasant, provided updates and handled the one problem encountered, the condenser wouldn't fit through the front door of my old DC townhouse, with grace and humor as they hauled it around the block and in through the back walkway. I'm looking forward to having a cool, reliable and energy efficient system this summer and would definitely recommend Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. to anyone looking for a new system. Thanks again Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating Inc!"

"Immediately established service and explained all options"

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"We are very happy with HVAC service. Compare to other companies they are much cheaper then others and provided quality work/services."

"I had an old boiler that needed to be replaced immediately, went online and came across comfort heating and cooling. I m so glad I called. Mr. Baker is a very kind and experienced man. He did the job right and didn t try to rip me off. If you want an honest and experienced person doing the job, call comfort heating and cooling. 5 stars plus!!"

"The technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a complete heat pump system and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. The original thermostat that came with the system did not work, so installed a temporary thermostat and order a new one. It was installed the next day. All techs that came to my home were very professional and knowledgeable, the service was great"

"I used Sila Heating Cooling and Plumbing service a few weeks ago because my HVAC system was giving me trouble. This was during the start of the heat wave and for some reason outside unit/condenser unit stopped working. The Inside unit was still working/blowing, but the condenser did not work. I called up Sila and they were able to send someone out right away. There was a program deal, so the charge to send someone out to inspect the problem was reduced to $79.00. Tyler Brawner was the technician they send out to inspect my unit. He not only found the issue, which was a worn out capacitor that needed to be replace. He clean the unit, and checked on my inside unit to make sure it was cooling properly. Tyler was a great tech who was transparent enough too discussed and guided me through everything he was doing, and provide me with some at home maintenance tips for my system. It’s about one month now and the unit is running as normal. Everything all together cost $313.37, I will definitely use their company again, check back with them close to winter to inspect the heating portion of the system."

"Dwyer was able to assess the system after two other HVAC companies were not able to. I would highly recommend Dwyer."

"I am so pleased with the exceptional service and quality of service. Reliance Repair scheduled an appointment at the time I requested, and explained all of the options regarding the dryer. The service for replacement of the part was performed within a day or so, and again, the service professional explained everything, and ensured that I was satisfied. Both the cost and the warranty terms were reasonable."

"Service was great.  Repairmen were on time, communicated very well and gave me opinions of what to expect of my HVAC units in the future.  Could not have gone better.
