"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend them for similar job, including for custom requirements as was our case with the roof. Thanks!"

Before they left they explained how take care of the filters and the thermostat. It was not the cheapest bid but I have been dealing with this company for many years and felt comfortable going with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace or heat pump."

"Installer of system and prior maintenance entity no longer provides service in Seattle. Evergreen Home able to get a technician out in less than 24 hours. Technician Alec was most excellent. He carefully reviewed our system and step by step eliminated potential causes of the no-heat condition. He pleasantly and efficiently found and fixed the problem. Was very careful to keep the work area clean and was respectful of our home. Thorough description of what he was finding and even sent pictures of the condition after the job. Gave us tips for future maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service, technically very savvy and efficient and pleasant to work with."

"Jane's replaced my 20-year old Munchkin boiler with a super efficient, modern Rinnai. Everyone was a joy to deal with. Service was excellent. "The installation did not go well at all. The installers were here all day and they tracked mud through our garage. They also did a sloppy job of installing the lines on the wall in the laundry room. The system didn't work so they called a technician to come check. The tech, Tobias, complained that we woke him up. He was very grumpy and we could hear him having angry conversations on his cell phone. He determined that the installers installed the air system upside down! The system worked backwards - heat came out through the intake vents and drew air from the heat vents! He complained to us that this had happened before. The installers returned a day or two later and were here all day fixing their mistakes. They joked with us that we should get an awesome service contract. Then the system required fine tuning and another tech (Chris, a very nice guy) was here multiple times tinkering with the system. When we called our sales rep, we were told he doesn't work there anymore. We requested to talk with the business owner, and were promised a phone call, which never came. On top of all that, the heat pump is SO LOUD and I wish our rep had explained to us how noisy it would be. At the end of the day, I sometimes wish I would have spent the additional few thousand dollars and hired Greenwood Heating and Air. Blue Flame had the best quote and the friendliest sales rep. But the installation was a sh!tshow and I cringe every time that heat pump turns on which I can hear from inside my house."

"Five yrs of living in this house, using a different company each yr for my HVAC annual service and each year no one could reduce the noise from my AC fan in the backyard or better say no one acknowledged that the noise level us just too high. So, we grew accustomed to it over the years and thought of the noise as a negative externality or as the price to pay to have a livable space during those hot summer days. Seatown technician, Brian, took extra time to fix the noise issue and at the end, I still paid the same original price that I was quoted. Also I should mention that Brian was on time and courteous of the property. Unlike other past services, Brian took photos of all the serial numbers and part numbers pertaining to the system I have and send them to me electronically in a PDF format, making it easy to use for future references. I am glad that my five year quest to find a knowledgable company with reasonable service fees has come to an end. I highly recommend to hire Seatown and see for yourself whether my assessment is true or false. Thank you Seatown staff for a job well done.
