"Had wade install a Mitsubishi Mini Split with 4 ceiling units on the 2nd floor to assist with heating and cooling issues. The whole process was easy from beginning to end with very clear and quick communication. Also had them repair an existing system at the same time that was quick, hassle free and got me fixed up properly. "In October the boiler that provides both heat and domestic hot water to my house expired and could not be repaired. Climatech and one other reputable company came immediately to determine my house's heating requirements and bid on a modern replacement boiler. Climatech was substantially less expensive and they were nice enough to juggle their installers' schedule so that I could get the new system installed ASAP as I had no heat or hot water for several weeks. The new system is much quieter than the old system, is more energy efficient, heats the house better and takes up much less space in my basement. This was an expensive project but I am very pleased with the value received and the service provided."

"The service guys were great. South Hills took the order, but the service guys admitted they had never worked on a pool heat pump in his 35 yrs. of servicing. He said he would do his best to figure the problem out. Two men worked for 2 hrs., but were unable to rectify the issue. They charged me the minimum of $109. The service guys were wonderful, but said there company should never have taken the order."

"I think they are on Angie's List and we feel very strongly about them. I like them specifically because of their knowledge set. Very few people know how to service residential boilers. Gravener is very good a at that. I have recommended them.  I am on the community county council and I have brought them in to speak to the public. They are responsive and they know their craft very well. I did have one complaint from their job they did in 2014, but their service calls have been fantastic. They are prompt, pretty clean and they thoroughly check out the boiler to make sure it is safe. There are a fair number of safety controls on there that they are careful to make sure are operating properly. They are the only people I will call."
