"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. "Outstanding! That is a hard statement to make when you are talking about a repair/replacement on an air conditioner. Of course your air conditioner always chooses the worst time to malfunction. This time it was at 10 PM on after a 105 degree day. I called three heating and cooling contractors and left messages. D&H Air Conditioning responded at 8 AM, and a technician out by 8:30 AM? Just a note, one contractor never called back and the other responded at 9:30 AM, after the repairs were already completed by D&H. Pretty outstanding response, especially given the time of year in Tucson. Jason, the technician arrived at 8:30 AM and met me in the front yard. I really didn't expect someone to show up with an enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable demeanor. That is what I received from Jason during the entire time he serviced the air conditioner. What an outstanding employee D&H has found. He far exceeded my expectations. Hard to have something positive to say when you are looking at a 14 year old air conditioner that is not functioning. You certainly expect the worst. Jason had the issue diagnosed within ten minutes upon his arrival. Lucky for me, it was just a bad capacitor. It certainly could have been worse. Jason continued to test each component and encouraged me to watch the entire process, explaining in detail the present condition of the component providing advice and options for replacement. In the end, the bill was $300; $225 for the capacitor and $75 for labor. Yes, there is the expected offering of package plans that include the service plan. I ended purchasing the service plan which includes two future tune ups. The end bill was $385. There was absolutely no pushy salesman approach during the entire visit, just excellent advice and customer service provided by Jason. Certainly not what I expected today. I will be replacing my 14 year old AC unit next year. D&H will be my first contact. Awesome job! Better figure a way to hold onto Jason. I think bigger things may be in store for him. "Matt came out about 2 months ago and worked on a very perplexing problem on our furnace. I've had him back same problem, twice now. He's been able to fix it both times on warranty. We've determined that the controller board is dying, and we'll have him replace that. He's professional and friendly, knows what he's doing, communicates well, and shows up punctually. AND he honors his warranty."

"We have two heating/cooling units and each were about 30 years old. We had another company come out to service them and were told that they should be replaced. Thus began the search for a company to do the work. We got several bids, and once we got over the sticker shock, we called Perry. Perry's technician/salesman told us that the old units could, in fact, be serviced and we could continue to use them for awhile; however, we decided against this move because of their age and their inefficiency. We were offered several options at several prices and found them reasonable when compared to the other bids we received. Before we committed, we did an internet search and chose the units we felt were best for us. As the day for installation grew closer, we received a few phone calls and they determined that they would need to bring in a crane to place the units, but there was no extra charge for this. In addition, they removed a cooler that hadn't been used in years, and they fixed the duct work where it had been. You can't even tell we ever had an evaporative cooler. There was no extra charge for this, either. Once the units were installed the technician showed us how to work the new thermostats and set up the app on our phones. We have been delighted ever since. We are now cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our bills have gone down and the systems are very quiet. Many of our friends have some kind of horror story about air conditioning, and ours is a fairy tale by comparison. We recommend Perry Heating and Cooling to everyone and will continue to do so."

"They where on time and professional. They did A Walk Thru with me to let me know were everything was going to be Installed and ask If I had any questions . At that time I didn't. They also did a Walk Thru with me after it was all done to make sure I was comfortable with the work and asked me if I had any questions, Which I did ..... how do I work the new thermostat and they took the time to show me how to use it and make sure I was comfortable with the new system and thermostat before they left. I would totally hire them again and I plan on it."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
